Offset Hung
Pivot point located ¾” from the heel edge of the door. This dimension is a constant. The pivot point is located in front of the door with the pivot knuckle visible. This position is normally ¾” or 1-½” but can be extended with special product.
Used on rabbeted frames
Single Acting only
Depending on pivot or closer being used, it can swing 180º.
